Though originally from Hillsboro, Courtney has lived throughout the St. Louis area—including Maryland Heights, Manchester, Florissant, & St. Charles—before settling happily in The Grove. After spending seven years in Southern California, she returned with a renewed sense of purpose: to turn her long-standing passion for real estate into a career. That West Coast chapter gave her a deep appreciation for design, lifestyle, & the value of home—insight she brings to every client interaction.

With a BFA in Theatre, Courtney combines creativity with strategy, always seeing the hidden potential in a space.
